By creating an account or using PRESENSS you agree to these Terms. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind it.
PRESENSS provides AI Visibility Intelligence: analyses, scoring, recommendations and reports across multiple AI engines. Outputs are estimates based on probabilistic models — not guarantees of search ranking or business outcomes.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Plans (Free, Starter, Pro, Business, Enterprise) renew automatically until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Usage limits per plan are enforced; overages may be blocked.
PRESENSS owns the platform, scoring methodology, and aggregated insights. You retain ownership of brand data you submit. You grant us a license to process it solely to provide the service.
Analyses rely on third-party LLM APIs (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, etc.). Their availability and outputs are outside our control.
Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
You may cancel anytime from billing settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach. Upon termination, access ceases and data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
