Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

PRESENSS ("we", "us") provides AI Visibility Intelligence services. The data controller is PRESENSS. For privacy inquiries: sales@presenss.com.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, password (hashed), language preference.
• Brand data: domain, industry, competitors, target countries, goals.
• Usage data: analyses, queries, scores, IP address, browser metadata.
• Billing data: processed by Stripe; we store only customer/subscription identifiers.

3. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)

Contract performance (account & subscription), legitimate interest (product analytics, fraud prevention), consent (marketing cookies), and legal obligation (tax, accounting).

4. How we use your data

• Deliver visibility analyses across AI engines.
• Authenticate, secure, and bill your account.
• Send transactional and (with consent) product emails.
• Improve our scoring models and platform reliability.

5. Sub-processors

Supabase (hosting & database, EU), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), OpenAI / Google / Anthropic (AI inference for analyses). Data sent to AI providers is limited to the queries needed to compute your visibility.

6. Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of cancellation. Billing records are retained for 10 years for legal compliance.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR you may access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to processing of your data. Contact sales@presenss.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8. International transfers

Some sub-processors operate outside the EEA. Transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

9. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access is restricted via Row Level Security and role-based access control.

10. Changes

We will notify material changes by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
